The earrings are beautiful and I had a very good experience with the customer service team! I accidentally ordered the earrings in gold and reached out after they arrived. Brigitte was so friendly and helpful and assisted me in making the exchange to get my steel-plated ones! The whole process took about 8 days and was painless.
Love these! They are unique and versatile to wear in a variety of settings - I've already worn them to a concert and a rehearsal dinner with black outfits and got compliments both times :)
