WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Because we are a super small team your order will ship between 2 and 4 weeks after your purchase. We work extremely hard to make and ship your items as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped.
Please Note: During online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, it may take a little longer for us to get your order shipped out. We will always do our best to keep within the 2-4 week window! Thank you for your patience with our small business.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All pieces are carefully packaged and sent via USPS (United State Postal Service). We are willing to ship via other shipping carriers, but please reach out to us here first!
International buyers are solely responsible for any and all duties or taxes.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the shipping process unless additional shipping insurance has been purchased by the buyer. Please contact us for rates. That being said, we totally understand how disappointing it is to have a package lost or stolen so we're happy to try our best to make the situation right for you.
Returns & Repairs
DO YOU REPAIR BROKEN WOS JEWELRY
Yes! You have up to 30 days to report any defect or breakage in a piece. Please contact us here in case such sadness occurs. If the piece is faulty or damaged from our own error, we will fix the piece at no cost to you. If the damage was an accident on your end, the repair cost is dependent on the part in need of replacing or repair. We can also repair older styles that have been damaged through lots of wear and tear. Regardless, we will fix any unhappy pieces as we'd hate for you to have a wounded lady in your midst!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY?
Once your item is delivered you must contact us within 10 days for an exchange or refund. We will accept returns for a full refund minus shipping costs as long as the pieces are in the same condition as when it was shipped. Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, this will be specified on a case by case basis in the listings. The most common examples for these exceptions are presales, limited releases and certain collaborations.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST DIFFERENT HARDWARE FOR MY EARRINGS?
We absolutely understand that everyone has their own unique preferences when it comes to earring hooks and hardware- but with so many options available, it would be overwhelming for us to cater to each one! We've noticed that some of our customers have found a great solution by purchasing a pack of specialty hooks and switching them out themselves. This is a fantastic idea that we highly recommend because it allows you to transform any earrings, not just from us but from other jewelers too, into something that suits you perfectly.
