HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
GENERAL INFO
We always suggest storing your jewelry in a dry, air-tight location. Make sure to avoid contact with water, creams, hair spray, oils and humid locations (like bathrooms) when possible. But if it happens, no worries! Read on for some easy care tips.
STERLING SILVER
For sterling silver pieces, we recommend using a Sunshine Cloth. If the cloth turns black over time, don't worry! That's completely normal and it can still be used many times.
GOLD PLATED
To clean gold-plated jewelry, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. We do not recommend polishing cloths or abrasive cleaners, as they can wear away the plating. We recommend storing it separately from other jewelry and handling it gently to help preserve the finish.
STAINLESS STEEL
Stainless steel is one of our most durable and low-maintenance materials. It resists tarnishing and can be cleaned with a soft cloth as needed.
RAW BRASS & TITANIUM
Brass naturally develops a patina over time. A Sunshine Cloth can help bring back its original finish whenever needed!
Titanium tarnishes much more slowly and is a great alternative if you're concerned about patina.
COATED METAL
Our coated metal pieces require very little maintenance. The clear powder coat helps protect against oxidation, and the black details are highly durable. If needed, simply wipe clean with a soft, non-abrasive cloth..
